Virtual Learning during School Building Closure due to Covid-19
Dear Parents,

Dekalb County School District has implemented proactive measures to minimize risk to students, employees, and families relating to the spread of COVID-19. In collaboration with the Georgia Department of Public Health, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, DeKalb County Board of Health, Georgia Department of Education, as well as our state leaders, DCSD is closing school starting Monday, March 16, 2020, until further notice.

Below is a list of suggestions as well as information on how to access Virtual Learning assignments on VERGE. All students have an S# and will use it for logging in. We are all working through this together, so do what you can and know that your Fernbank family is here.

As a reminder, if you're driving or walking your children to school, we ask that you drop off your child(ren) between 7:00 am - 7:30 am so they have enough time to get to their classroom by 7:40 am, when the last bell will ring. Patrols should arrive by 7:15 am so they may be at their posts by 7:20 am.
